Shop policies

Processing time – the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Usually items are made and packed within 5 business days after receiving payment.

Customs and import taxes – buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options – I accept PayPal payments and direct payments to my bank account. Please contact me regarding payment questions.

United States orders – orders from customers located in the United States require individual processing and are subject to an additional 15% charge on the item price due to taxes and related costs. Please contact me directly at anastasija.cernaka@gmail.com to place an order, and I will gladly assist you with a custom PayPal invoice.

Returns & exchanges – I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
