55 x 900 mm lightweight autogyro rotor blade sheets (hard wood & balsa)
Rotor blade sheets are made on the basis of the SG6042 airfoil - perfect choice for autogyro models. This profile provides fast gain of the rotation speed and good lifting.
Blades are made from hard wood on the leading edge and balsa wood on the rest, both sides of the blade have been processed by milling machine to ensure precise profile.
Please note this is a general-purpose gyro blade profile and can be used with any fitting autogyro.
Dimensions are 55 mm wide and 900 mm (2 3/16 in wide and 35 7/16 in long).
Weight of the rotor blades varies depending on the wood density. Usually the weight of each rotor blade sheet is in the range of 35-50 grams.
Set includes 3 rotor blade sheets matched by the means of weight (in +/- 3g range).
